Letters of invitation will only be issued for this Congress/Annual Meeting upon request. To assist in obtaining any necessary visas that you may require, it is essential that you complete the appropriate registration documents and submit these with payment to AAOMP headquarters (via web/fax/mail). Upon receipt of this documentation, AAOMP will process your registration and provide to you a confirmation invoice once funds are cleared. Once this process has been completed, an official tax invoice will be sent to you confirming receipt of your payment and attendance at the Congress/Annual Meeting. You will then be able to present this invoice to your Embassy/Consulate/High Commission to assist with the application for your visa. In the event that your application is unsuccessful, a full refund will be provided.
