The preferred method of booking accommodations is by calling the Westin Bayshore Hotel Reservations at 800/937-8461. We have been able to secure a discounted accommodation rate at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver. Hotel reservations will close on May 30, 2018. (After this date, the hotel will make your reservation on a first come, first serve, room and rate availability basis).

Deluxe Harbour View Room

  • Single/Double Room Rate: $289 per night
  • Triple Room Rate (three to a room): $319 per night
  • Quad Room Rate (four to a room): $349 per night

Premium Harbour View Room

  • Single/Double Room Rate: $309 per night
  • Triple Room Rate (three to a room): $339 per night
  • Quad Room Rate (four to a room): $369 per night

Traditional Guest Room – Resident Room Rate (For Resident’s Use Only):

  • Single/Double Occupancy: $199 per night*
  • Triple Room Rate (three to a room): $229 per night*
  • Quad Room Rate (four to a room): $259 per night*

* Resident must provide a letter from their program director verifying their residency status to receive this special room rate. Resident’s must complete a separate travel itinerary form for staff to make your hotel reservations.

Hotel Accommodation Check in/Check out

Hotel check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 12:00. Every effort will be made to accommodate you if you arrive before the check-in time, however rooms may not be immediately available. Late check-out may be available depending on availability.

 

Accommodation Payment Information

All arriving Guests will be asked by the welcoming Guest Service Agent to provide a credit card to guarantee payment and/or cover incidentals. The credit card will be preauthorized for total room & tax plus deposit of $80/night.

Cash or debit deposits are only accepted from guests who are staying as part of a group rate block. However, all guests may still settle the bill with cash or debit at check-out, if they so choose.

 

Changes to Accommodation Reservations

If you find that you need to change your accommodation reservations, you will need to contact the hotel directly at 800/937-8461 to make your changes. Please make sure you have your confirmation number.

 

Cancellation of Booking for Accommodation

Cancellations must be received by the hotel no later than 48 hours prior to your arrival without penalty and your deposit refunded.
