$189 plus applicable taxes (currently 15.25%) for single or double occupancy. Our room rate is available three days before the meeting and three days after, based on hotel availability.

A limited number of rooms for Residents are available at $176 plus applicable taxes per night. These rooms MUST be booked through AAOMP via the residents travel itinerary form. The residents travel itinerary form is a link in Registration.

  • Hotel Check-Out: 12:00 pm

Deposits

A first night deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card.

Cancellations

Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of first night’s deposit

Rates as of November 2021 are:

  • Self-Parking is $20 per day, per vehicle
  • Valet Parking is $25 per day, per vehicle
