By staying at the headquarters hotel you have the best chance of networking with your colleagues and peers. You also help AAOMP meet its obligation to the hotel, which saves you money by keeping registration fees as low as possible.

Room Rates:

$269 plus applicable taxes (currently 15.25% + $2.50) for single or double occupancy. Our room rate is available three days before the meeting and three days after, based on hotel availability.

A first night deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card.


Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of first night’s deposit

Rates as of November 2019 are:

  • Self-Parking is $35 + tax per day, per vehicle
  • Valet Parking is $39 + tax per day, per vehicle

Information on the Loews restaurants and bars can be found here. Please note that on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays the restaurants are extremely busy, especially downtown. We highly recommend that you make reservations ahead of time.
